This Sales Position may only be filled by one who can meet the following minimum requirements.
One who is 100% VERSICLE!
You must be able to sell and set up Junk Removal Jobs on what must become a daily task.
To sell and set up Irrigation, Drainage, Pump & Night Lighting Jobs by contract.
To sell and set up landscape jobs and landscape maintenance accounts.
Annual Residential and Commercial Lawn Service Accounts by contract.
To sell and set up large Iron fence installs, and gates, plus double arch gates.
To sell and set up pond installations, small and large.
To sell stone work all kinds.
Lot clearing Jobs, and odd heavy labor tasks that are general or unique.
To sell and set up Interior Paint Jobs, residential and commercial.
This person or entity must be very clean cut, well polished, extremely driven personality and well planned.
Must be able to sell and set up Go-Junk appointments that agree to pay at the time the job is done, or collect up front.
Must be able to sell all Dirt Surgeon Jobs, Service Surgeons,and McDermott Professional Interior Paint Jobs on a payment schedule of 1/2 down and 1/2 upon completion of any and all contract jobs. ( Our Company will not engage in a contract job without 1/2 and 1/2 due upon completion for anyone or entity)
Must be computer literate, educated, and or can sell the self educated personal knowledge. Must maintain a cell phone, e mail address, transportation, drivers license, dressed business or business casual at all times.
Must be able to be contacted from 6am to as late as 2am the next morning.
This person at first will be commission only until they can justify their own base pay request plus commission. This person will be paid at the collection time of each payment.
Thus this unique person will cash flow very well daily.
This person is never expected to do any work other than sales and networking.
The person must be a person who can speak in public, be videoed and used on the radio or recorded audio advertisements and must be able to attend network meetings, chamber of commerce meetings.
This person must be goal oriented in the form that they want to sell enough for a company that they can justify a equity position with David McDermott and his companies.
This person must be a business builder.
